Your tasks 

• You work on conventional lathes and milling machines
• You are responsible for the setup and operation of lathes and milling machines as well as for the selection of tools, auxiliary and measuring equipment
• You work according to drawings and work plans in single and small batch production
• The processing of a wide variety of materials is also part of your area of responsibility
• You monitor and optimize the manufacturing process, ensure and document the required quality

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training as a lathe operator, milling cutter, cutting machine operator or a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• You have knowledge and experience in operating conventional lathes and milling machines and have an expert knowledge of machining technology and tool selection
• You are able to read technical drawings and apply the specifications
• You have a high sense of quality, responsibility and orderliness
• You enjoy working in a team, work independently and have a high understanding of occupational safety
